Terms of Service

Welcome to Catch a Nurse ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform helps patients and families discover, evaluate, and request in-home health and nursing services from independent care professionals ("Providers"). We are a technology marketplace—we do not employ Providers and we do not provide medical care.

By creating an account, browsing listings, or submitting a care request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform.

Providers must hold applicable licenses, certifications, or authorizations required by law for the services they offer, and must provide accurate credential information during onboarding.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

We facilitate introductions and booking requests between patients ("Patients") and Providers. A confirmed engagement is a direct relationship between the Patient and Provider.

We may review Provider credentials and listings before they appear in search results, but verification is not a guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability. Patients are responsible for evaluating Providers and the care they need.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, outcomes, or that any Provider will accept a request.

Providers set their own service descriptions, service areas, availability, and rates displayed on their profiles.

When you submit a care request, the Provider may accept, decline, or propose changes. Booking features and payment processing may be added or updated over time; any fees will be disclosed before you confirm.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may be set by Providers and shown at booking. Repeated no-shows or misuse of the Platform may result in account restrictions.

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, messages, reviews). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Platform.

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the Platform, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Clinical decisions remain solely between Patients, Providers, and their licensed advisors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catch a Nurse and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or any care arranged through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your care arrangements, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your state apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the email below to seek informal resolution. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
